Linear Momentum and Linear Impulse
Linear momentum, typically represented by letter p - is proportional to mass m and linear velocity v.
Impulse - typically denoted by J - is the change in momentum, or it is the integral of force F, over time interval t.

Angular momentum and Angular Impulse
Angular momentum - typically represented by a capital L - can be considered a rotational analog of linear momentum. Angular momentum of a spinning object without linear momentum is proportional to rotational inertia - represented by capital I - and angular velocity ω measured in radians per second.
And (and this is the important equation for our coding) angular momentum of an object with linear momentum is proportional to mass, linear velocity, and perpendicular radius from an axis to the line of the object's motion.
